Head Quartered in Chennai, Proteck has Sales and Service Branch Offices in all the Industrial Towns across India.  Proteck has augmented itself with adequate skilled staff with a mix of both Experience as well as Young Energetic Sales and Service Talents.

Our Service Team is trained at Machine Manufacturers’ Facility overseas on the machines we sell in India.  This enables them to independently attend service calls, thereby minimizing the machine down time. VALUE ADDITION

Complimenting to our Sale and Service activity is our State Of Art Manufacturing Facility located at Plot No A8, SIPCOT Industrial Growth Center, Oragadam, Kancheepuram Dist. 602 105 Tamil Nadu, India.

A lot of value addition is possible by providing additional support in case of rectification of parts for machines, be it electronics, electrical hydraulic or mechanical. With support from our Parent company, we offer possibility to manufacture non-critical items, like Sheet Metal Guards, Electrical Cabinets etc, interfacing of accessories like Coolant Equipment, Filteration System etc.  This enhances the possibility of reducing overall cost to great extent without affecting the performance of the machine.

IMPARTING TECHNICAL KNOW HOW

Additional technical support is possible, like providing Tooling Layouts, Cycle Time Estimation, PLC programming etc.   We also assist customers in sourcing Toolings from Indian manufacturers,  again in a view to reduce overall cost.
